At the beginning of the year Isabel recorded "monkey music", a toy piano piece by Australian composer Matthew Hindson which he wrote for her and her Circus Lebasi, a commission of Linz09, the European Capital of Culture in 2009.
In April Isabel was in New York recording with composer/accordionist Guy Klucevsek and violinist Todd Reynolds a score that Guy Klucevsek wrote for "Industrious Angels", a one-woman show by Laurie McCants which was performed at the Ko-Fest in Amherst, MA, Emily Dickinson's home town, in July 2011.

On 4 June 2009 Isabel's newest big project on which she had been working for more than two years was premiered at Linz09 - the European Capital of Culture in 2009: her CIRCUS LEBASI. She has been collaborating with the French Circus artist Jérôme Thomas, as well as Franck Ténot and the Ensemble 09. In 16 performances between June and the end of August there could be heard newly commissioned works by Karlheinz Essl, Matthew Hindson and Max Nagl, as well as other works by John Cage, Stephen Montague, Karlheinz Essl and György Ligeti's"Poème Symphonique" for 100 metronomes! The wonderful French costume designer Emmanuelle Grobet has created the costumes for the show and French light designer Bernard Revel has done the magic lights for Circus Lebasi. To be continued....

In this her 10th season of toy piano performances Isabel toured Taiwan in July 2010 and premiered new pieces by Karlheinz Essl, Manuel de Roo, Guy Klucevsek and Frenk Lebel at the Festspielhaus St. Poelten in September.
In October 2010 she enjoyed an exciting collaboration with accordionist Otto Lechner and actress Anne Bennent in an evening with Kafka's last text "Josefine, die Sängerin oder das Volk der Mäuse" in which they performed duo and solo music for accordion/toy piano by Otto Lechner, Guy Klucevsek and Karlheinz Essl.
In November 2010 Isabel performed for the first time with Renald Deppe (clarinet, sax) and his daughter Laura Deppe (cello), together with performance "cook" Götz Bury, Renald's "feed music" at the Werkstatt Henriette Lersch in Vienna.
